We have worked with SSL for a number of years and are very happy with their service. What attitude, which we think was great. What she says happens And the company back her up on previously were a nightmare. I am mentioning this one of the cleaners were TUPED over, the one 3/4 weeks he was gone. They have a supervisor that turns up unexpectedly, she will turn up at and i get calls from the head office regularly to ask me ho things are going. To sum it up, you will go with SSL

With cleaning we always have issues ,but the team is always on the other side of the phone and they deal effectively and quickly with all our concern and complaints.At the beginning we had few issues that was sorted and I believe that we are overall satisfied.

Since we started with SSL, the standard of cleaning has improved 100%. The company have kept up the standard they started with and are consistent in their reporting and feedback with regards to how happy we are. I would recommend this company and have every intention of continuing our contract.

SSL are extremely pleasant to deal with and always make an effort to keep in touch, regularly taking feedback. I've been impressed by how efficiently their teams work and the cleaning is always carried out to a high standard. Lockdown must have been particularly stressful and hectic in their line of business, but the standard of customer care has been the same as always. They have been very helpful and very flexible as we've closed, opened, closed and opened again and always friendly and calm.
