EMPLOYEE INTRODUCTION & TRAINING PROCEDURE
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that all Employees at Support Service Leaders are aware of their responsibilities including Health & Safety in their work Environment.
All new employees, and those needing further Training to fulfil their duties or new equipment is available
It is the Director of the company to ensure that this procedure is adhere to.
When any new employee starts working with the company, they are giving an induction to the company by the line manager, complete and sign the company starter form.
This covers the basic requirements and H&S in the workplace, in particular to the environment of the company and the client site
A suitable qualified trainer will instruct how to use the new equipment and ensure the trainee fully understands how to use the equipment. When satisfied the employee signs that they have been trained
Training records are kept and filed for all employees
With the procedure in place, it is felt that Support Service has control of new employee induction and any training requirements.
Support Service Leaders
